Privacy.
This site collects almost nothing, and this page says exactly what it does collect and why.
The short version
This is a static website. It has no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels, and no cookies. Typefaces are served from this domain, so loading a page makes no request to any third party. If you do not use the contact form, we do not collect anything about you that we could use to identify you.
What the contact form collects
If you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email address, organization, telephone number, subject, and message you typed, plus the originating IP address and country supplied by our content delivery network, and how long the page was open before you submitted it. The last three are used to filter automated submissions.
The message is passed to our email provider over an encrypted connection and delivered to a company mailbox. Nothing you submit is stored on this website; there is no database behind it. We use what you send to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a marketing list. There is no marketing list.
Server logs
The site is served by Cloudflare, which keeps operational logs of requests including IP address, user agent, and requested URL. Those logs exist so that the service can be operated and abuse can be identified. Cloudflare's own handling of that data is governed by its privacy policy.
Bot protection
The contact form may be protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. Where it is enabled, your browser loads a script from Cloudflare and Cloudflare runs checks to decide whether the submission is automated. Turnstile does not track you across sites and does not serve advertising. It is the only third-party script this site loads, and it loads only on the contact page.
How long we keep things
Correspondence is kept while there is a live business relationship and for as long afterward as our records obligations require. Automated or spam submissions are deleted as they are identified.
Your requests
Use the contact form or call, and ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. We will do it. If you are covered by a privacy law that gives you specific rights, say which one and we will handle the request under that framework.
Children
This site is for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. We do not make changes retroactive to information already collected.
