Robles Industries LLC · San Antonio, TX Small business · SAM registered Doc. RI-PP-2026-01 · Rev. C Issued 17 Sep 2026
PurposePast performance record and scope of claims

Work we can talk about.

Presented the way a contracting officer would want to check it: what the vehicle was, who the prime was, what our role actually was, and what we are not claiming.

Scope of claims

How to read this record

Robles Industries has no federal prime award history. Our federal exposure to date is as a subcontractor and development lead under primes, and the rest of our record is commercial. We state that plainly because a contracting officer will find it out in about four minutes on FPDS,1 and because a firm that blurs the line between work it led and work it was awarded is telling you something about how it will report progress later.

2.1

Hands-free immersive training for the U.S. Air Force

Sector
Defense
Role
Development lead, under prime
Vehicle
AFWERX SBIR Phase II, contract FA8649-23-P-0466
Value
$1,150,000
Period
February 2023 to April 2024
Client
Quantum Interface LLC, Austin, Texas

An AFWERX SBIR Phase II delivering gaze and motion controlled access to checklists, maintenance content, and command and control media, so that an airman working with both hands occupied can move through a procedure without putting down a tool.

Frank Robles served as development lead on the engineering effort. The award itself was made to Quantum Interface LLC as prime; Robles Industries was not the awardee and does not claim the contract as its own past performance as a prime.

2.2

Clinical operations tooling and screening workflows

Sector
Healthcare
Role
Technical lead, direct engagement
Vehicle
Commercial, direct
Value
Ongoing
Period
2024 to present
Client
Medical services support company

Internal tooling and workflow automation for a company supporting clinical operations, including patient outreach systems, multi-channel screening workflows built against existing records infrastructure, and administrative portal planning.

The work also included a staff security program written against how this specific team operates. Most of their exposure is outbound patient contact rather than financial transactions, so the training addresses pretexting and impersonation of clinical staff rather than the wire fraud scenarios a generic module would cover.

2.3

Legal services marketplace, through acquisition

Sector
Legal technology
Role
COO and CTO
Vehicle
Commercial
Value
Not disclosed
Period
Multi-year, concluded in acquisition
Client
JustLegal / Got.Law

Operating and technical leadership of a legal services marketplace platform through to acquisition. Responsibility covered the engineering organization and the operational side of the business at the same time, which is the position most of our clients are actually in.

Notes

  1. Prime award history is public on FPDS-NG and USASpending, searchable by entity name. A claim that contradicts it costs more than the claim was ever worth.
